Position Summary
Leading implementation of therapy and market development programs for improving patient access, patient pathways and development of reference sites in the field of renal denervation per ultrasound in the region. Engage with the marketing team, therapy specialists and customers to build awareness and availability of the paradise-therapy for all patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Establish Recor Medical as the leading brand for uRDN therapies within the assigned territory
  • Identify, establish and expand strong relationships to relevant medical and non-medical stakeholders both within given uRDN centers and with other referral centers/practices
  • Target, engage and build relationships with selected HTN / uRDN KOLs around medical and scientific aspects of HTN & Paradise uRDN, including trainings, briefings / updates for KOLs around scientific news on HTN / RDN
  • Create and expand new HTN / uRDN business channels & networks (Hub & Spoke) to increase awareness and adoption of Recor & Paradise uRDN within assigned territory / region
  • Analyzing effectiveness of HTN / uRDN network and referral path structures
  • Effective and successful implementation of Paradise uRDN therapy development strategies and programs (e.g. CoE events like webinars, training sessions, symposia and others)
  • Territory planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Attend national and international medical / scientific events and congresses 
  • Market research: monitor, track and report HTN, RTN market and competitive situation and dynamics
  • Technical and clinical uRDN case support: Get fully certified to train sites and staff, plus support Paradise uRDN procedures in Cathlab if necessary
  • Always comply with relevant internal regulations, SOPs, manuals and external regulations and laws
  • Developing external programs to allow more patients to get the therapy according to their indication
  • Anticipating internal and customer needs for product, therapy and market development activities
  • Lead the contain and concept of sponsored symposia and advisory board meetings
  • Partnering with the Training & Education group for implementing educational programs
  • Developing initiatives for dissemination of clinical evidence and messages together with the clinical team
  • Other duties as assigned
Your profile
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, engineering) or similar type of higher education and professional experience in Lifesciences or MedTech industry
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of sales experiences including experiences in therapy development activities and ideally with clinical support background in cath-lab or surgical operating room
  • Strong customers relationships with IC`s and IR´s
  • Strong in networking, plus communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team and within matrix structures
  • Enthusiastic, positive and professional team player, self-starter mentality
  • Solid therapy development hands-on experience with a new innovative therapy
  • Strong commercial mindset, positive can-do attitude and customer orientation
  • Analytical in approach with strong execution skills to drive and generate results
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Computer literate with solid know-how of MS Office tools and programs
  • Fluent in French and English is mandatory. Additional European languages would be a plus
  • Able and willingness to extensively travel (~ 70% of time)
  • Role must be located within territory or region and will be home-office based
